Stainless Steel Welding Electrode (E308l-16)

The weld metal deposited by these electrodes has 0.04 percent maximum carbon content. Therefore, it reduces the possibility of intergranular carbide precipitation and increases the resistance to intergranular corrosion without the use of stabilizers such as niobium or titanium.
Use on types 301, 302, 304, 304L and 305 base metals.

Welding Current Type: Dcep (direct current electrode positive) and AC

Welding Position: All.
Note: Electrode 5.0 mm is not recommended for welding in all positions.

Available Diameters: 2.5 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, and 5.0 mm
